Having been in the real estate business since 1989.  I have the experience to handle even the most complex real estate transactions.  In order to stay ahead in this very competitive field, I continue to attend real estate seminars and classes.  I hold the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) placing me in the top 3% of Realtors nationwide.  In addition, I hold the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers' (ABR) designations, proof of my commitment to professionalism in the real estate field.

 

I am an active member of both the Michigan and National Associations of Realtors.   I am a member of the Midland Board of Realtors where I have chaired several "Sales Achievement" awards over the years, including being voted by my peers as "Realtor of the Year".   I have taught business classes and continuing education at Delta College and have held seminars for businesses and organizations throughout the state.
